Hollister employees LIE

I bought some stuff online because I lived pretty far from the nearest Hollister and when i got it only some of the stuff fitted well so I planned to return the rest. When I went back home for the holidays, I brought the unworn clothes back with me and planned to return it. It was close to the holidays but not that close. I went to the mall and when i tried to return it, the girl at the counter said their machine for returns was broken and they'll have the technicians look at it later. So i was like fine. I went home and came back a couple days later. I figured it's a store... It should be fixed within a day tops. I stood in line for like 20 mins and finally got to the front of the line just to have another girl tell me oh sorry, our machine is broken... And the other sales associate was quick to agree... Now i'm thinking, what seriously? But I didn't think much of it so I left the store. My mom who was out holiday shopping with me inquired why I was still not able to return it. I told her their machine was broken. She said... What? Are they charging only cash? I said... No... So she decides to give it a shot. She took a shirt from my bag with my receipt and went in. 20 mins later, she came back with my shirt returned no problem. I WAS FURIOUS! We went back to the store and we can tell the cashers knew that they're in trouble. They immediately sent out their manager and the manager did not once apologize for his associate LYING STRAIGHT TO MY FACE and even THREATEN that as a manager, he can refuse the return.

Now I was really mad. I had never worn the shirts other than trying it on for the first time. I had all of my original receipts and the return policy clearly states that if i'm not satisfied with my buy, I can return it. The shirts fit me so terribly I had rather used them as mops. Very very expensive mops..
