Hollister Customer Service at the Gardens Mall needs a more Mature Manager - Hollister cloting store

We went to Hollister today to exchange one, count them one pair of Boxers... Their usual Del Mar Boxer Briefs, stripes. No big deal... Right? Wrong!!! With receipt in hand bought two days before today, you would think no big deal, I wasted my time as this girl 19ish named "Elizabeth" claiming to be in charge this afternoon went through the return "First" then went to charge me $8 more for the even exchange. I asked her, really? Are you kidding me? It's an exchange, NOT my fault one at that, she says please you are scaring the customers. I told her to keep the underwear, She through me out of the store because I told her she could keep her underwear. I called Security of the Mall as I work eight year at the Pubic Middle school & this is ridiculous that a store of this caliber should act like this to someone who works with students for a Living.
