Ripoff charms from my Noah's Ark bracelet

I took a beautiful heavy Noah's Ark bracelet to Zales a couple of weeks ago for repair of a broken hinge that attached one of the elephants to the bracelet. The salesman looked at it and stated he had never seen one like it before and that they don't sell them; so he asked a female saleswoman what it would cost to repair the hinge, she told him 53.95, because of the weight.

Walking towards me he held up the bracelet and stated this is really a nice bracelet and its heavy. When I went to pick it up on Nov 9th the saleswoman went to get my bracelet, and gave it to me, I looked at it and stated something is different about my bracelet it feels lighter and I asked why it was shinning like this, she said it had been cleaned, and proceeded to put it in a box, I asked her to put it on my arm and I held my arm downward informing her that someone had changed the animals on my bracelet because I could'nt wear it the way she put it on my arm, I had to wear it upside down because the animals would flip over due to the weight.

I had already paid for the repair, but told her I cannot take this, because it is'nt the same. On my receipt she wrote: customer paid for repair we are sending back to correct it. Not the same weight. I have'nt heard from anyone from the jewelry store since 11-09-04.
