Janvier jewelers, big losers in a small state

I purchesed a 2 carat diamond tennis bracelet from Janvier Jewelers to give to my wife on the millineum new years eve. She dropped off the bracelet to be cleaned at Janvier Jewelers in Aug. when she returned to pick it up, they had given it to someone else. They were the most inconsiderate jerks that we had ever dealt with. They threw us out of the store when we went back for a new bracelet or our money back, literally threw us out, called mall security and all. We ended up having to take them to court to get the money for a replacement bracelet. They had the nerve in court to try and say that the bracelet was worth less then we had payed for it because of "wear and tear". I would seriously recommend avoiding this store in the christiana mall at all costs. The customer will NEVER come first in this store!
