Tennis bracelet - tennis bracelt

I bought a very expensive tennis bracelet in 2008 and I had some jewelry that I traded in towards the price. However the bracelet was $1199.00 and with my trade in, I paid $450.00 Plus $84.99 for the ESP. I would love a refund as the bracelet is not worth much at all. I had a diamond replaced and 5 others tightened (or were supposed to be) in Oct. 2009. I was unable to have it inspected in April as it should have been as I was working and other things going on. I do not live close by a Kays. I have now lost another diamond. What is going on? I hardly wear the bracelet!
Please help as I do not want to have to pay for another diamond. This should not have happened.
