Ripoff, rude, sleazy, unethical

A sales person from this company came up to my wife Nov. 2003 and said they would do our house monthly for $49. So when I paid them he told me to sign for a receipt. Little did I know it was a 7 month agreement after the sales person assured us there would be no committment, to see if we would like their service.in May I called to cancel because the bill kept going up ever month ($70) and their service was far and few in between. And I litterly watch the guy do my house never did my backyard. The lady yelled at me and said I had a 7 month contract, I told her she broke the agreement when her company came whenever they felt like it. So we arrived at a agreement I would pay for what services they provided up until may and I would cancel, she agreed.

Five months later I had a Jamie call me on Nov. 12 and told me he had my file on his desk and said their was a problem with my payment I sent in 2 days ago. I explained the last payment was 5 months ago and why... And this owner told me he was going to take me to collections. Needless to say our conversation went downhill from there.

After consulting with my dad, who is a attorney. He agreed they broke the agreement.

My message to all, is this company is not worth your time and trouble, I would strongly against using their services.
