BEWARE of Official Pest Prevention Ripoff Rude Lies Unethical

A salesperson approached my husband outside. He told him that if we paid him $49 they would service our house and after that they would come on a quaterly basis to fumigate our house. If there was anything we were concerned about in between the services we could call and they would come out with no extra cost. He told my husband that it would be $49 because it was a new neighborhood and they were running a special.

He then told my husband that they would need the $49 payment and would be able to spray that day for the first treatment. My husband then asked him for a receipt and he had him sign for it. Little did my husband know that he was signing a contract. Once we discovered that it was a contact (2 weeks later) we called and talked to a woman who was very Rude and said that was our fault for not reading what we signed and that the contract would end 5/19. We accepted that since we made the mistake of not reading what we signed. Although they have come to our house when my children were home and they don't answer the door but they watched them knock and then just leave a bill with even spraying the house.

Well 5/19/06 called and I called Official Pest Prevetion to ask why my last bill had late charges since I had never made a late payment. I was told by JAIME that it wasn't his concern and that if I didn't pay he would send me to collections. When I asked him to speak to a manager he said he was the Owner of the company. I asked him for his last name so I could address a letter and he told me I didn't need to know it. He was rude!!! I just want to warn all out there don't do business with Official Pest Prevention!!
