Ripoff Very unprofessional, hidden charges, lie about calling and leaving messages. Not customer friendly

Econo Moving isn't a professional moving company, they quote one price but because of hidden charges and overcharging for their boxes, tape and other materials used. They have lied when it comes to emailing. I gave them my email 3 different times and never recieved confirmation, a statement of charges or anything like that. I told them after they said it was going to be $1800 when it was quoted at $950, I wanted it to be stored for a month free. They agreed but within 2 weeks it was at my front door and they demanded the money. I didn't have it, so they threaten to auction it, but then told me they would find a storage place and I would have to pay storage. I was quoted it was $110 a month but when I called to find out how much and who I should pay, they told me to pay them and it was $210 monthly for the storage. They have again placed hidden charges out there, and to this day after the 4th time telling them my email and wanting a bill statement, I am recieving nothing. I called to talk to the manager, but he was very unprofessional, yelling at me, telling me he didn't care about my stuff. I asked him why he didn't store it like I wanted before it showed up, he said there was no record of it, but he left several messages telling me that my stuff was on the way, but that too is a lie, I never recieved a message. They lie about what they are and they are definantly NOT a company to recommend. They don't even use their own trucks. They bought trucks from another company and they still haven't put their own signs on the truck, mis - representing the other company.
