Soaked me for over $200 bucks for a brace I never even could use, and that's AFTER insurance paid out. Then called me asking me to give all kinds of personal info. "You called me! You should have all my information there! " Barely English speaking person kept asking for birthday, home address, phone numbers, etc. Kept telling him they should have all that and there was no reason for them to be calling me. Especially since I'm two months ahead on the payment plan I had to set up to pay for this effing useless overpriced brace.
