The Brace Shop Company charged 15% restocking fee, return shipping on interior, wrong sized product

I have a hip problem and was looking for compression support in the form of a hip brace. I found one on the hip brace website, that was a one legged brace, with belted waist. When I got it the fabric was very thing, not what I needed for compression support, and it was too small. I am a medium in everything I wear, but this was much too small. After several days I got a return number, and was informed I had to pay return shipping and a restocking fee of 15%. I felt ripoffed.
