Suspicious Job Offer Promising High Salary Without Experience

My friend received a job offer from this company a few weeks ago and I believe they are being duped. They have no experience and are being promised a job with a too good to be true salary. Upon doing my own research I found out this company is owned by Jerry D Guess also. Has anyone else had an experience with this company or owner?
