Canine Orthopedic Brace
Tim Niswonger Promised brace to help my dog and failed to diliver, costing time and money

On June 21:

I contacted Tim Niswonger owner of Canine Orthopedic Brace to have a brace made for my dog. After speaking to Tim, I made a cast of my dogs leg immediately and sent the cast Fedex (this was to serve as a mold for the brace)..

I immediately sent a Fedex for payment in full.

I had several conversations with Tim Niswonger (he never answers his calls, later returns the call) and Tim reported that he was having difficulty getting the brace made. Since these events occurred over the weekend, timing was critical. Tim failed the get the package back into prepaid Fedex, and stopped returning calls.

Having read the brief by Susan from Dawsonville, GA, after this transaction had begun, I became suspicious of this guy, then cancelled the Fedex delivery of the check and cancelled payment of the check.

At 0800 June 25th, I left a message with Tim stating that the since the transaction appeared to be at a standstill, I would begin canceling payment of the issued check.

No further communication has occurred.

He had been told by my veterinarian that time was of the essence.
