Ripoff, takes money dose not send product

On January 7 I orderd a knee brace from Luxis and paid extra for 3 day shipping. When I had not rcvd the order by the 12 I called the company to find out what was going on. The young lady who was handling my call said that they had just rcvd my order on the 11th and it would be sent out and hung up the phone before I could say anything else.By the 19th still had not rcvd the brace I called again and spoke to Angie she was a little nicer then the lady I had previously spoken with I explained the problem to her and she offered to refund the extra I had paid for priorty shipping and stated that the order had been sent on Jan 10. (First I had heard of that). She assured me I would have the brace by today. Well the mail has come and gone and still not here. I called again and again spoke to Angie and told her that we still have not rcvd it and at this point I just want my money back when I said this she got a little upset and stated I would have to waid until at least Jan 26 to request a refund because I still might get the brace in the mail since it usually take around 3 weeks for a pkg to go from dekalb, Il to Florida.
I guess I will try again on Friday. Don't know what else to do after that.
