CMI Exclusive Charged $20 per month for 3 months on my phone bill. I didn't request this service. When I called to find out why I was charged, I was told I would have to pay at least the three months of charges

CMI charged $20 on my phone bill. When I called to find out why, I was told that I would be billed that amount for three months. I explained that I would never sign up for their services they said someone else had used my computer and signed up. That is impossible because I'm the only one using this computer. They just said I had to pay. Enabill and my phone company will let anyone make charges to my phone bill. There is something very wrong about this.
