I got a charge on my Qwest phone bill for $20.00 from enabill on behalf of HEADWIND MEDIA dated December 6 called a cmi exclusive monthly service fee for what I don't have a clue.
According to the bill the charges are for non-telecommunications services and products. What are they talking about? Are they nuts? Its the first time I've ever got something like this. Its clearly a bill that wont get paid. Its a rip off and will be reported to the state attorney generals office in Nebraska as soon as possible and to Qwest billing.
