My bill is indicating I have been charged for Enhanced Services. I take the blame for not paying attention to my bill earlier I was struggling to pay, but I did pay. Come to find out I did not request Enhanced Services on my plan. I do not have caller ID, Do not need thoses services. A representative from Enhanced Services 1-888-301-3724 informed me I have been charged this service since October. I never requested this additional charge, I am unemployed and have been for 19 months. The phone company was able to re-imburse me for the last 3 months. But I am still entitled to 9 months credit, do to the charges on my account. IF Enhance Services has record of these charges on file. I have to request past phone bills, when they already have it on record does not make since to me. I am struggling here and can not afford to have my phone disconnected due to charges I never requested.
