Over $1200 Withdrawn From Bank Account After Service Cancelled

I had service with direct tv, and in my opinion they are nothing but a dishonest business! Is the economy so bad that they must take money from their customers without permission??? Their service is awful, and every time there is even a thunderstorm outside, the satellite goes out! We canceled our service with them, and they took over $1200 out of our bank account. That would pay for a couple of years of their poor service! They only had our bank information because I once paid my bill over the phone by debit card... Then they decided on their own to take money from our account... I advise nobody to ever get direct tv!
