Bank Account Charged for Service Never Received, Then $300 More

I got phone service with ATT, and DirecTV was part of a bundle. They could not service my area and I never had any service from them, but they still charged my bank account. After ATT took them off my bill and DirecTV got their equipment back, they charged my bank account another $300.00. Isn't it time for a judge and jury to take care of these thieves? If I were to steal money from them this way, you better know the FBI would be talking to me.
