Jan 13 at 2:45PM i talked with Donna customer support to deactivate my support since i fullfiled my support aggrement. I had been informed my support could be switched off as to not be billed anymore. After their gear is delivered back to a final statement is likely to be delivered to me. Nowadays January 14 the support continues to be energetic, after loging on my account data it claims my support is deactivated and that I have to spend balance due immediatley. Now I'm awaiting the following responce from Directv to determine if you will see an issue that I'll need to cope with.
