Terrible flooring and installation - carpet too

NFD did a TERRIBLE job installing a sub-par product. The floor is lifting, there are lumps under the carpeting. The customer service is the absolute worst ever! Rudest installers I have EVER encouintered, I almost called the police, and the installer also told his boss to go to hell. I can see its a trickle down operation. The president Rosenberg should smarten up and learn how to run a decent operation and stop ripping consumers off with his inferior products, installation and so called "Customer Service (non-existant)"!
