Didn't Measure Up - free estimate

I called Empire Today on Monday, SEPT 10 at 7:30 AM to set up a free estimate and measurement of carpet for 4 bedrooms, a living room, family room, hallway, and entryway, and one vinyl flooring for my kitchen. We set up the appointment for Monday night between the hours of 7 PM -9 PM. At 8:50 PM the representative called saying he was about 30 minutes away. 9:30 pm... Too late for me... So I rescheduled for the following night, Tues, SEPT 11 from 6-8 PM. Again, a call from the sales office saying the rep had an emergency... Understandable. The sales office said they would definitely be there&no excuses&great blow-out incentive for me due to the previous two NO SHOWS. I rescheduled the third time for Wed, Sept 12 from 6-8 PM; my third attempt to work with them to give them business. At 7:55 PM the rep called to say he was 19 miles away&I perceive that as 30 minutes time; I don't think I want to wait up for that. Obviously, MY time and commitment is not important to them. Do I want to do business with a company that can't even show up for scheduled appointments three times in a row? I'm afraid to think how long it would take them to resolve an issue if I had one. No thanks.
