January 16th, my wife set up an in-home estimate with a sales rep from Empire Today. We were finally ready for carpet in our new house. At the time, I was installing a new kitchen floor & the plan was for my wife to meet us around 2:30 pm. Coordinate a voyage involving two boys under the age of 3 made her 45 minutes late. I was apologetic and told Irfan he could come back another time but he kindly said it was no problem and he didn’t mind waiting. He stayed busy taking measurements and even gave me a few tips on the floor I was installing. I work in sales and know very well how important it is to deliver value and exceptional service. Irfan is kind, professional and presents himself with conviction. Lastly, Irfan listened to our needs, which I believe is most important. The carpet was installed yesterday. The installers gave us plenty of noticed, called twice before they came (value add) and wrapped the job up in 7 hours. As long as the carpet holds up, I have to say that I am pleased with our decision to use Empire.
