Awful awful awful! - laminate flooring

My husband and I decided to have all the flooring in our Condo done, it was then that we started noticing the commercials from both Empire Today and National Floors Direct. We called out Empire first for the free estimate, that was done but the sales rep (SHELDON) didn't mention the sales promotion and his measurements didn't match up to ours so we had someone else come out again from them the next day. To our surprise this new rep (IFRAN) was pressuring us to put down a deposit and told us that we were wasting the company's time and costing them money by having two sales rep out and didn't sign. So he left upset and told us not to call Empire again!!! Can you believe it and he wa sonly with the company for five weeks and he was ating like the owner! Anyway NFDirect came out and they did their free estimate without any pressure but when the rep told us the price it was almost three times what Empire had proposed, so we told him this and he made his phone call and told us that they would match Empire's price (surpise) so my husband told him that we would sleep on it and let him know whom we decided to go with. Then 5minutes after he left he called to say that they would go $400 less than Empire, it was almost funny how they were competing against each other.in the end we decided to go with Empire even though they cost more. I wanted to use NF Direct because they offered us Armstrong but my husband wanted Empire because it was a national company. We signed up 08/14/10 and told them that we wanted them to install 08/23/10. On the 224d I called to confirm our appointment, to our surprise they had no knowledge of our order, now we were mad because we had gotten our house ready for them to come the next day, we had removed the vanity in the bathroom, and all our stuff was packed away. Anyway after talking to several people I was promised that they would keep the appointment and that if they didn't arrive at our home by 10.30 a. M that I was to call, of course they didn't show so I called and again I herd I wasn't in the system. I was fuming mad now and to make things worse our bathroom is next to the laundry room in the complex, so every time someone turned on the washer, the water would come up in our bathroom. I've been on the phone from morning trying to get someone here. Now one of the managers (MIKE) called and said he would be here at 2:45p. M to retake the measurements because the sales rep said he submitted them and they were misplaced. It is now 2:41 and he should be here soon. I will let you know what the result is.
