Empire carpet not as great as we thought

When an empire rep came and did the estimate everything went Ok. The man who came to my home by the name of mike reassured us that all the moving of the furniture would be taken care of. Our appointment was set to he on 2/9 the day the blizzard hit. We had to call them and ask If they were still coming of course they weren't and we understood. So we rescheduled for the following Monday on the 2/11. When the one gentleman arrived he walks and says you have to move the furniture we then said we where told that would be taken care of. He then replied well my boss sent me alone and told me the house was empty. At this point we were pissed so me and mother moved all the furniture while the man supposed to be helping us stood outside until we were done. After we were don't clearing out the room he comes and and has the nerve to ask do you want me to still do it or not? We then called the company and told them what was going all they said was oh well give you and additional $25 off. They can take that and put it somewhere else. Horrible horrible never again
