Absolutely TERRIBLE

Ive never seen an organization that hides from their customers like this company. No show appointments, get hung up on when inquiring, no supervisor or manager is ever available, they have even gone so far to change the complaint number.

I even tried to send an email to Mr Crowley EVP of Sears using the email provided on his voice mail service and that address is no good.

Youve lost this customer forever and I will make a point to tell everyone I know to take their money elsewhere.
