Sears home services = exorbitant rip-off. - Maytag over the range microwave

They charged me $75 to provide a quote to replace my microwave door. They quoted $276 for a new door and $200 labor to install it. I rejected this and bought a new door elsewhere for $132. The install involved simply lifting off the old door and lifting on the new one. No tools required. It took me 30 seconds. I wonder how many vulnerable customers have paid them $200 for that much labor!
