Kobalt Tool - kobalt tools

Yesterday (1-13) I purchased a Kobalt PVC cutter from Lowe's. I had to cut five 1/2" PVC PLASTIC pipe to install a new shower faucet and before I made the 5 cuts, chunks started falling off the cutter blade making the tool useless. This product is defective and should not be no longer sold. Lowe's may contact me directly at Wardacres@hughes.net
