My perception is Chase operates as a multi million dollar/billion dollar financial-lending firm that assists individuals and enterprises across the world. They must be among the Fortune 500 groups. Their reputation surpassess mortgage/credit lending in the United States. They get gain revenue in many forms.

I was not suprised my loan was transferred to such a large financial lender. I will be honest, the customer service is fair, depending on who answers the line and the state of J P Morgans activities.

Here is the problem August Chase reported to the credit bureau that I missed the montly payment. A 30 day lapse in mortgage payment does damage to a individual's credit score.

It bothers me that their mortgage experts argued with me as though I was in competent, when in fact I discovered that my August payment was mis appropriated to another clients account.

There was no apology; the company SAYS they will research the incident and alert the credit bureau of the mistake.

These sorts of circumstances cause me to devalue being a home owner in country especially with the current state of the ecomony (WE ARE NOT WEALTHY). I carry the burden of stress and this multi million dollar company could care less.

I feel sorry for people who invest in homes across the US now of days because they may not be fully aware of the reality of this responsibility.
