My name is Larry Parks; I live at 2523 South College Ave, Tulsa, OK 74114. I made an appointment Sunday September 25 at the 15 & Yale location to have a representative come to my home and make measurements and pricing for new window. The appointment was set for Tuesday at 11:30 AM at my home. On my voice mail late Monday night the appointment was canceled because your representative Steve Pittman who indicated that Tuesday was his day off. I rescheduled for Wednesday September 28 at 5:30 PM. At 5:45 PM, I called Steve Pittman and asked what time he would be at my home. He indicated that he had forgot the appointment and was too busy doing reports to make the appointment. He indicated he would call in 30 minutes to set another appointment at his convenience not mine. One hour latter he called and I told him that he was totally unreliable and not to bother me again. This man has forgotten that I’m the consumer not a door mat. I need someone (NOT Steve Pittman) from Lowes to contact me to make an appointment to measure my house for new windows. Hopefully that person will not be a drama master like Steve Pittman.
