Carpet Installed by morons

We recently had our carpet installed that we bought at the local Home depot. The experience at the store was horrible and took over 3 hours. We took them a sample and even the lot number and price.

The guys that showed up to install the carpet did not speak english well and it was hard to communicate with them. They did not install the carpet properly and now it has loosened from the edges, and the seam is showing and
we have to cover it with the couch. The seam in the hall way is also bad. The invoice they had me sign was a fax copy and was not legable. I signed under protest and then I wrote that it was not legal until I received a legible copy from Home Depot. A couple of weeks later I received a release from Home Depot. It was for a DOOR install and they has used white out to cover the other persons signature. I never signed it, so I can only assume that they have never sent me a binding agreement.

Poor service, followed by a poor install and then followed by no customer service and no follow up to their agreement.

Moral of this story... NEVER BUY CARPET AT HOME DEPOT!!!

They don"t care after they get their money!!!
