Carpet

In April we had carpet which was purchased through our local Home Depot installed. After it was installed we noticed a color difference around the perimeter of the whole room. We contact Lisa at Home Depot, she said they would contact the company in Georgia and they would send their on inspector to look at the carpet. Mr. Jared Warnack who did the inspection came late in the afternoon, there was no shadow from the sun and by this time we had a whole room full of furniture sitting on top of the carpet.By the way it took over a month and a half to get anybody to take a look at the carpet. The company denied our claim, as for Home depot they did nothing to satisfy us as a returning customer. We paid over $600 for carpet which is not acceptable. We would not be able to recommend anybody buy carpet through home depot or from Looptex Mills.
