Refuses to postpone foreclosure

Vendor has been settling short-sale with OCWEN, 1st lienholder and Lender of America, 2nd lienholder since September. Bank of America moved maintenance to Greentree and so ended their Short-Sale. Greentree won't start mortgage maintenance until November 1. Foreclosure is planned for October 31st. Ocwen will not delay foreclosure to permit time for Greentree to complete the shortsale. Ocwen has additionally didn't suppy a duplicate of the notice for that previous 1 5 years, despite vendoris written demands.
