I moved in on December 17. From the time I moved til the time I moved out It was always a problem. The apartments are not well kept, nor managed properly. During the time I was living there I was always killing roaches. Small roaches, flying roaches, big roaches, and even spiders. I would come home at night and roaches would be around the door and the window. These apartments infested with bugs, spiders and roaches. The leasing manager who rented out these apartments is a liar, and a deceiver and an user and will do whatever it is she need to do to get money out of you. She targets young people like myself, and takes advantage of them. So if you are young and looking for an apartment do not move to Ashgrove Apartments. They are cheap and affordable but the apartments is not a place you would want to call home.
