Cooper's Pond Apartments
Beware! Awful living conditions and worse management!

Cooper's Pond Apartments has to be the worst complex in Tampa. The manager of the apartments is extremely rude and has no care for her customers what so ever. Maintenance requests consistently go ignored. The apartments are flooded with roaches. After several attempts of bombing I am still infested. I know for a fact that is not just me. I have a lot of friends here and they all seem to have the same problem. It wouldn't be so bad if the manager would have consideration for her disgruntled customers but she doesn't. Not one care in the world. My next door neighbor's roof just fell down yesterday. Now, after 1 year of leasing a $50,000 liability insurance policy is required to live there. That is freankly ridiculous. I've lived in many apartment complexs and have never heard of such a thing. Please do yourself a favor and do your research. Do not live there. Trust me, it'll be your best bet.
