Will NEVER work with anyone, Rude and Unprofessional Staff, Very inflexible, Exhorbitant Fees/Charges and ROACHES!

This place has a terrible, TERRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM!

I have never lived anywhere with so many roaches! They come from between the walls and there is absolutely no way to get rid of them. I have called the Office several times to complain. My neighbors are complaining. Where I last lived there were NO ROACHES!

The apartment sends out one of their "professionals" to spray the place and he uses chemicals he bought from Walmart that cost about $5.00. He was using chemicals I had already purchased.

Second, this apartment is not competitive on their rent. The apartments right across the street are cheaper by $100.00. I found that out TOO LATE!!!

Third, this place nickels and dimes you and is constantly changing office staff. They are managed by a company out of California called JRK Leasing and even their management office is unresponsive. My payday fell on a Federal Holiday and my direct deposit was put off by one day and they refused to waive a one day late $75.
