Landlords of wellington apartments infested and infested apartments

My apartment im staying is infested and it has molding all over my window seal and tub. Underneath my kitchen sink it also has sum type of leakage i have reported many times. The apartment is also infested with bed bugs and roaches. They have brought people out abot 2 months ago to in spect but no exterminating. The trash is always scattered around the parking lot. I have reported to coporate and the landlords many times and no response back. At this point i dont know what else to do.
