Short Sale Ripoff

This lender virtually took my home from me in Ny. Their short sale negotiator virtually confronted me into distribution for signing a prom notice of 15K after I created a 10K money contribution towards the second-lien and settled all closing fees. The 2nd loan (Wellsfargo) forgave their part of debt nearly $150K, but Astoria along with netting nearly their exceptional mortgage stability desired more of my body. They're today, again threatening to gather. I'm suppose to become spending money on a mortgage that's shut with no-longer in my own name. This lender is heartless... Customers bear in mind...
