Astoria Federal Savings has charged my account $15.00 for my Bank Statement that was returned by the post office. Even though the Astoria Federal has my correct address they still charged my account.
I got most if not all my mails from the address they have on file. It's not my problem (or customer) if the postmaster mailed the statement back to Astoria. This will happen if mail was drop off to a wrong address and was send back to the post office.

When you call the Astoria Federal 1 800 # they will try their best first to blame you that you did not changed your address when you moved.
Finally they credited this $15,00 back to my account after I asked to talk to the manager

I wonder how many $15.00 Astoria Federal Savings Bank pocketed from their customers who don't check their monthly bank statement carefully.

So stay away from this bank!
