Horrible landlord

I moved to florida in january of i hired a moderate residence/house from all supply property management and handled a so-called man called ron clegg. Ron stated his so-called "administration" team was a high level organization, he also stated that first of all there tenants arrive first so when it involves needing assistance from their store, they certainly were avail 24 hours each day to look after any prolems that may arise when you're a tenant (it is also advertised on there site)- nicely, i would like to expose the truth about that socalled man and his organization. I shifted in and experienced only problems since, on 3 various occaisons our apartment has been invested with lizards, it took him 10 days to obtain an management and as of this moment the thing is still not solved. Another problem was the tv, oneday it went and he refused to repair it. I offfered to displace it and withhold it from the lease. He refused!!! Alternatively he arrived having a applied 19-inch television that seems like he purchased at garagesale. Lately, our air conditiong smashed, so that as i stay below leaking with work, it still was not set after 6 times. The specialist turned up here to repair it and he'dn't approve it. I'm not someone to complain but i'm easily could prevent someone from coping with these slumlords, i would feel much better... Beware!!! All origin property management and ron clegg from jupiter florida is slumlord... He only cares about making his pockets fatter, it is a damn shame!!!
