List Grabber Money grubbers - Always want money to correct their own tech support situations

I purchased EGrabber's List grabber software many years ago. Everytime there is a tech support issue they force me to upgrade to a newer version (at an expensive price). They have a unique key situation where it can detect if it is installed on another system and will not activate. IF you happen to reformat your hard drive, buy a new system they charge you to reissue another key. This key is for THEIR protection. If it is not sophisticated enough to allow the end user to rectify the situation without incurring expenses or being forced to upgrade to a $125 upgrade - shame on them.

When their software does not operate on a specific platform like google, citysearch, etc. You are backed into a corner to pay $200 for each "add-on". Then any time the sites change you have to pay for a new "add-on". I have hundreds & hundreds of dollars invested in this stupid software program and when I recently upgrade to Windows 7 it said my key is already active on another computer... NO! It is the same computer. I called and not only do they want $25 to fix their issue with their silly anti-theft security program but now they say I am using a old version and they will not unless I upgrade.

SHAME ON THEM! I paid for the software. If it works on my system - regardless of their wishes for me to upgrade, who are they to force this on me???

Money grubbing every step of the way & I am tired of being hit up for money every single time.
