Home Modification

First off I would like to say that all I hear is BOA turning down nearly everyone for home modifications, next is when I talk to people who have a different bank they say they were approved for thier modification in 1-2 months and when I tell them that I have to deal with BOA their reply is THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH, WELL YOU KNOW WHAT! They are right! First off it them 6 months of losing paperwork, transfering me to different person all the time, having me fax and re-fax paperwork 1-2 times a week, lying to me, and when I finally got to the final underwriter he approved me, only to get to the final step and have the investor turn me down. Now I ask you how can the Underwriter approve and say everything looks good and then the investor say no. Well i will tell you! It is the investors who are the real criminals behind this, they do not want to help you at all, they are laughing at obama's modification plan, they only approved a few just to make it look good, i know because i talked to someone who knows this, i asked for other help if i was not eligible and they would not do anything. It's too bad that they are not investigated for illegal procedures and fraud, just like they did with the illegal foreclosures, they are crooked and do not want to help. My brother was 10 months behind on his mortgage, his bank let him put that amount at the end of his loan and reduced his payment. Boa would never do this. I wish there were a way to get them of the face of the earth, everytime i see their commercial saying we are here to help, boy are they putting one over on us. Again, it is the investors who are the criminals!
