Misrepresentation/Nondisclosures

Purchased in February and settled my maintenance costs in 2010 & 2011. Our utilization is EOY-every additional year. Year 2010 isn't actually completed yet plus they are alreay gathering maintenance costs for 2012 greater than a year before my next use. Absurd. They provide you with each one of these free excursions, cruises, evenings in Hawaii but before you utilize them you've to pay for each one of these upfront costs they state are running costs and from the period you settled each one of these costs the journey or sail has expenses you significantly more than if purchased yourself. There is lots of misrepresentations and reports and that I am looking to get out-of my agreement. Why-don't all of US meet up and prosecute the corporation.
