Purchased timeshare in 2003 at Powatan Planting in Williamsburg, VA. Stated maint. Costs wouldn't be significantly over $ 500.00. The very first statement was nearly $ 700. Up each year after. We improved (exactly what a laugh) in February 08. They stated if we enter "the confidence" our maint. Costs might decelerate and never increase significantly whatsoever. They believed $ 1,102, which may be due January 09, got the statement to get a small over $1,200. Simply acquired the 2010 statement for $ 1,500. Up nearly $ 300 in a single year. Just how can that be authorized. They lied to us in the initial time.in the period we first registered, they explained and my spouse that people might visit Powatan or Greensprings and utilize their amenities anytime we desired because we stay near by. They actually offered us a Greeensprings membership card so we could get in. My spouse got our children there so when she got towards the entrance she confirmed them the card-but they stated she could not enter since her title wasn't about the lineup. I've named, reported, sent etc., without any aid. They're liars and certainly will let you know something to obtain one to signal the dotted line. I'd never suggest Stone Hotels to anybody. The maint. Costs are so large that I can't afford them anymore. The timeshare was in love with the thought of maintaining holiday expenses down. Exactly what a laugh.
