Maintenance Fees

We've possessed our Timeshare, bought from Membership Regina (Mexico) in 1995 for 15 years. The Reguar Preservation costs have increased significantly during the last 15 years. And, particularly, because Membership Regina was integrated into Raintree Vacation Club. This season the standard Maintenance Charge was $846.00... And... Another extra "unique preservation charge" of $846.00 was also evaluated.in most $1.692.00 in costs for this season. Additionally, we can not visit any hotels apart from Cancun, Puerto Vallarta & Cabo. They threaten to damage our credit if we don't "ante up" the sum total costs. So what can we do to combat these folks? We're 69 and 70 yrs old and Mexico isn't any longer our holiday of preference. Therefore, we place our period into RCI (another charge for just one year $89.00). After which, another $194.00 to guide a holiday. I believe we're able to have experienced a good sail solution for that $1,975.00 it charge us this season. Linda Cormier, Menifee CA
