The corporation is just a scam. We purchased a Maui timeshare for just one week / year in 2004. Since that time the home taxes have tripled. The maintenance costs have increase. It's compensated entirely ($12,900) however the costs are more than 1,000 annually. We're able to remain in Maui 1 week for this amt.
