Overcharging after move-out

This condo complex includes a status for payment people after transfer-out for-anything and anything they do not wish to purchase to "prepared" the condo for that next person. They charged me for $2,200.00 after living there-fore numerous decades. They got my deposit getting the total amount right down to $1,800.00. They charged me for painting the surfaces, changing rug, air-duct cleaning for animals (protected under dog deposit however they are charging beyond dog deposit), french doors etc. Etc.

D my estimation which of numerous others Collateral Qualities is famous due to their "dishonest methods" of tearing people down once they move-out. Anything must be achieved to prevent these methods. I'm presently looking to get numerous people together to document a-class-action suit. Anybody involved create towards the target above.
