Do Not Rent To This Tenant!!! He left my condo a complete mess. Had to replace the carpeting, burners on the stove and bed and bedding. The next tenant complained that there were bed bugs. He had other people living there that were unauthorized! He had a shrine and burnt candles that completely ruined the walls and carpet. And then he expects his deposit to be returned!!! It cost me thousands to get the condo back in the condition that it was when he first rented it. He had no idea about cleaning and asked me after several months to pay for someone to clean the condo. Maybe they do things like that in India... But, not in the USA. You keep it clean or pay to have it cleaned. You don't wait until after you're there for 12 months to clean. He did pay his rent on time, but his deposit was only $500 and it cost me 3x that to re-carpet, paint and get a new bed.
