Apartment Leasing company sends bogus invoices

This is just a warning to all who get involved with Olympus Properties in Bloomington, IN at Indiana University.

I know numerous people who have lived in that building and after the lease is up, they make up bogus claims to keep the security deposit and in numerous cases asked for more money. But, worst of all, they include photoshopped and bogus invoices for painting and cleaning companies to make it look legit and then never have the work done.

One person paid 1200 dollars to have cabinets redone and then it turned out all they did was clean it.

Please beware, olympus properties is a bad company.
