After hiring a flat which was under RST & Associates' administration to get a year, I will now state that my encounters with RST & Affiliates were poor, to express minimal. The resident condo director of my building was difficult to speak with. Not just did he lay in my experience, but he was excessively rude and yelled at me on numerous events. Like a simple lady, I felt discouraged and endangered by him and was sometimes worried for my security after I discovered that he'd joined my condo without my understanding. Upon transfer-out, RST taken absurd costs from my safety deposit.

I'd suggest preventing qualities under RST & Associates' administration, or atleast being acutely cautious of the status. Make sure to discuss with concerning the supervisor of one's potential RST building to make sure that they're qualified and steady. Additionally, I'd record ANYTHING concerning the situation of the condo as well as your safety deposit, administration demands which are created and never satisfied upon, and every other transactions with RST. I really hope this can help prevent others from needing to undergo what I did so with RST & Contacts.
