Has a first time hown buyer and a poor credit rating, they financed me at 5.25% on a VA loan. Every time I call with a question I always get a very helpful and friendly person who works with me and explains every thing. I would recommend this company to any one. I have no clue why people have had a bad time with them. Maybe they have a personality disorder that makes them unfriendly to start. But once again I give this company 5 stars.
